- ON Collaborative is the sales and marketing division of Coldwell Banker that works with and provides a platform for real estate developers to promote their new residential developments globally.
- Yorke produced a small quantity of these striking books designed to market their services to real estate developers.
- The outer covers required 2X hits of orange, followed by white foil stamp and blind deboss treatments. The inside covers required 2X hits of silver, followed by 1X hit of orange over silver to achieve the desired effect. Then inside front and back covers were mounted to the outer front and back covers. The book included special features such as fold-out pages and glama fly sheets; finally the book was channel scored and side machine-sewn with gray thread.
- A job of this nature requires a great deal of planning to manage the project timeline closely and coordinate the various steps in the production process coordination.
